Terms of Service
Effective date: 9 October 2026
These terms apply to the Morphia private beta: the morphiaone.ai website, dashboard and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
During the beta, the Service is run by the Morphia team. When our company is formed, we will update these terms with its name and tell you by email.
1. The beta
- Access is by invitation only. We decide who gets API access and can remove it at any time.
- The beta is free. You get a limited number of free credits. We do not take payments during the beta.
- The Service is still in development. Models, features, limits and the API may change or stop without notice.
- There is no uptime guarantee (SLA) during the beta.
- Before paid plans start, we will ask you to accept updated terms. We will never charge you without that.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business or development purposes.
3. Your account and API keys
- Give us true and current account information.
- Keep your API keys secret. Do not share, sell or publish them.
- You are responsible for all use of your account and keys.
- Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you think a key has leaked. We can disable or rotate it.
4. Your content and your end users
- You own your inputs and your outputs. We do not claim ownership of the images you send or the results you get.
- You give us permission to use your inputs and outputs only to run the Service, keep it safe, and follow the law.
- We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our models.
- You must have the right to send every image to us. If an image shows another person, you must tell that person how it will be used and get any consent the law requires (including GDPR, KVKK and US biometric laws such as BIPA).
- Your own app must have a privacy notice that explains that images are processed by a third-party AI service.
- Inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days. Save any results you need.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service, or let others use it, to:
- Identify, track or monitor people without their knowledge and consent, or for mass surveillance
- Make decisions about people's jobs, credit, housing, insurance, education or legal status
- Support law enforcement, immigration or criminal profiling
- Discriminate against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability or other protected traits
- Process images of children under 18 without verified parental consent, or harm minors in any way
- Create sexual or nude content, or fake images of real people that could mislead or harm them
- Give medical diagnosis or treatment advice
- Harass, threaten, defame or deceive anyone
- Break any law or anyone's rights, including privacy, image and copyright rights
- Copy, reverse-engineer or scrape our models, or use outputs to train a competing model
- Resell or re-host the API on its own, instead of building it into your own product
- Get around rate limits, credit limits or security controls, or test our systems for weaknesses without written permission
- Send malware, spam or harmful code
We may review use of the Service to enforce these rules.
6. Not medical advice
Skin, face and other analysis results are cosmetic estimates. They are not medical tests and must not be presented as a diagnosis.
7. Our property
Morphia owns the Service, the models, the website and the documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them during the beta, under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
8. Suspension and ending access
We can suspend or end your access at any time, especially if you break these terms, put other users at risk, or if the beta ends. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
9. No warranty
The Service is a beta and is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be accurate, error-free, secure or always available. AI results can be wrong. Check results before you rely on them.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Morphia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim about the beta is limited to USD 100.
11. Your responsibility
You agree to cover Morphia's losses and legal costs if a claim is made against us because of your content, your end users' data, your app, or your breach of these terms or the law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will email you before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
